Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Provider Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve provider-related escalations and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
• Establish collaborative relationships with Independent Practice Associations (IPAs) to address member-related issues
• Facilitate the submission of Notices of Change (NOCs) and credentialing applications while ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience in provider relations or contracting with an HMO, IPA, or medical group
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years of additional experience in lieu of education
• Preferred experience of 5 years in the field
• MBA preferred
• No licensure required
