Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Provider Service Advocate in Louisville.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers
- Focus on resolving issues on the first call
- Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers
- Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
