Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Provider Services Transformation Office Product Manager Agile Coach in the Eden Prairie Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Forecasting revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives
- Coaching and developing product owners
- Thinking strategically to translate a vision of customer experience into processes and requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Use of VOC/customer experience in decision making
- Proven track record in assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
- Certified Agile product manager, coach or scrum master
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Clearly translates concepts into practice
- Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others, particularly in a highly matrixed environment
