A lawn maintenance and outdoor services marketplace has an open position for a Remote Provider Support Representative in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with our providers to create the best experience possible
- Learn company policies in order to help answer provider questions
- Work through issues to ensure that providers have an amazing experience
