A psychedelic medicine company is seeking a Remote Psychedelic Medicine Growth Marketer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building company's acquisition funnel into a seamless customer journey and a supercharged engine for growth
• Developing and prioritizing growth experiments to maximize engagement and conversion across the customer journey
• Collaborating across the team (e.g. Design, Content, Product) to build and deploy growth experiments

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years as a growth marketer of a high-growth DTC product, with a proven track record of driving exponential growth
• You see the big picture, and know how to prioritize and execute on the most impactful experiments
• You roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others, and get scrappy to quickly build MVP growth experiments
• You use rigor, data, and speed to make intentional decisions and measure the results
• You have a record of driving initiatives from ideation to completion that move the needle
• You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
