Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Psychiatric Clinical Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing assigned caseload of complex cases
• Reviewing, recording, and analyzing medical records and treatment plans
• Facilitating communication between employee, physician and employer

Required Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work
• If Registered Nurse will accept associate degree or higher with current RN state license
• 2+ years of experience in inpatient or intensive outpatient or outpatient therapy in a clinical setting
• Ability to follow established claim policies and practices to resolve claims issues
• Ability to address barriers for return to work and develop return-to-work plans
• Ability to provide technical insight and advice to team members
