Job Summary
A medical treatment development company has an open position for a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best patient outcomes
- Issuing medication prescriptions in accordance with treatment guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up-to-date clinical practice of psychiatry
- Up-to-date in the application and effectiveness of a variety of behavioral health treatment modalities
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and County laws and regulations applicable to mental health programs
- Must possess a valid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license and be willing to obtain licenses in additional states as needed
- Knowledge of the methods, principles and practices of developing, implementing, coordinating and administering behavioral health services
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of evaluation of effective and evidenced-based mental health treatment programs and services
