Job Summary
A provider of telehealth services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Consultation Liaison in Tallahassee.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping patients by evaluating psychiatric conditions; dispositioning of patients and developing treatment plans, including the prescription of psychotropic medications
- Monitoring and evaluating treatment results of patients in our contracted hospitals ED's and Med-Surg Units
- Responding and seeing patients within 2 hours.
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience as a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed in one or more of these states with DEAs and a willingness to get licensed in the remainder states: California, Texas, Florida or South Carolina
- Ability to navigate EMR systems
- Demonstrated friendly and compassionate dispositi
- Ability to support shifts that are typically 12 hour shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
- Ability to evaluate and complete notes via EMR system in a timely manner
