Job Summary

A behavioral healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Albany.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working in close collaboration with the care team and provide clinical capability and comprehensive support
  • Conducting diagnostic interviews to assess and diagnose patients
  • Providing high-quality brief and long-term psychiatric care to members virtually (teleconferencing)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Physician Assistant, PhD/PsyD (with prescription privileges)
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain an unrestricted New York license
  • 3+ years’ experience in providing psychiatric care
  • Knowledge and competency regarding diagnosis, assessment and treatment of behavioral health services
