Remote Psychologist Reviewer (LA, AR, NC, KY, CA)

Job Summary

To support a growing mission-driven team, the full-time Remote Psychologist Reviewer (LA, AR, NC, KY, CA) will authorize and monitor care for behavioral health issues, conduct peer reviews, and interact with network practitioners to enhance service delivery, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize, direct, and monitor care for behavioral health and substance abuse problems based on clinical information
• Conduct peer reviews with psychologists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts for outpatient services and psychological testing requests
• Interact with network practitioners and the Medical Director to educate on best practices and address clinical authorization concerns

Required qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health
• Active unrestricted Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) in Louisiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, or California
• Working knowledge of psychological tests and diagnostic evaluations, particularly for Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred
