Job Summary

A non-profit university has a current position open for a Remote Psychology Administrative Faculty Member in San Jose.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with information sessions/workshops for prospective students
  • Supporting Clinical Training Coordinator with scheduling
  • Coordinating, reviewing and assisting students with their applications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to attend appreciation events, orientations, admission interviews, & trainings
  • Doctoral degree in the mental health field or equivalency
  • Licensed in the state of California
  • 3 years clinical or administrative experience in Mental Health Services
  • Proficiency with technology (MS Office Word and Excel, Go-to-Meetings, and Canvas)
