Job Summary
An online school of higher education is in need of a Remote PT Clinical Instructor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing and evaluating the clinical progress of students
- Communicating with clinical preceptor via telephone (minimum twice a quarter) to ensure students are meeting clinical objectives and course outcomes
- Maintaining effective and professional communication with students, faculty and preceptors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Earned Masters in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution, with demonstrated coursework in the advanced nursing practice as a FNP.
- A minimum of one year experience of teaching or precepting preferred
- Teaching experience, online teaching preferred, but not required
- Two years clinical/practical experience as a family nurse practitioner
- Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, team, collaboration and interpersonal skills
