Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Public Health Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot a range of complex application and technical client reported issues
  • Straddle the functional and technical capabilities of a Digital Processing (intake/Output) team

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • A combination of experience and certifications may be substituted for degree
  • Healthcare claims processing experience
  • Extensive experience in one (or more) of the following Windows 10 Windows server 2008 /2012 / 2016, MS Office Suite, Strong ability to use analysis tools
