Job Summary
A provider of background screening and identity services has a current position open for a Remote Public Records Product Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Bring Public Records product awareness and education to client-facing teams
- Ensure compliance and FCRA standards are adhered to and executed accurately
- Work with clients to scope, plan and implement the adoption of Crim
Position Requirements Include:

- Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven success in cross-functional collaboration
- Have the ability to prioritize and work efficiently within a ticket support system
- 1+ years of experience in a business customer-facing support or similar role
