Job Summary
A digital communications and integrated marketing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Public Relations Agency Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with the agency’s senior leaders to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes and perform phone (or Zoom) interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successful recruitments
- Ability to perform professional reference checks
- Ability to coordinate interviews with the agency’s senior leaders and serve as an overall liaison
- Ability to follow up on interview process status
