- Building deep relationships with media, analysts, and influencers on behalf of Gladly
- Driving awareness and demand for Gladly via communications and content initiatives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in public relations (PR), analyst relations (AR), communications, content marketing, or a related field
- Experience working at/for B2B software companies (mix of in-house and agency ideal)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, highly responsive to customer and market needs
