Seeking a remote PR Media Outreach associate (full time, part time or freelance) to support the ongoing PR, SEO, Link Building efforts. Ideal candidate is a passionate, proactive, hardworking, self-starter who is interested in learning the ins and outs of PR and SEO link building.
Requirements
College student/graduate with a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
Must know concepts: broken link building, guest posting, skyscraper technique, influencer marketing
Must know tools: Moz, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, BuzzStream, Majestic, SEMRush
Responsibilities
Researching/scraping the web and qualifying prospects
Building media lists - research relevant publications, reporters and bloggers for proactive pitching.
Finding email addresses and fielding inbound requests for press, partnership, blogger inquiries.
Sending prospecting/outreach emails to get press coverage, pitch story ideas and build backlinks
