Job Summary
A global network of full-service marketing agencies has an open position for a Remote Public Relations Client Service Director in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing multiple PR account teams to ensure we're meeting our client KPIs
- Conducting client relationship building with an eye to expanding our book of business with each client
- Performing client problem fixing and troubleshooting, including the early diagnosis of potential issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years work experience at a PR agency (or else in-house experience at a fast-growing startup or prominent brand)
- Excellent written skills, especially in creative PR pitch writing at high speed
- Excellent organizational skills, including management of teams of 5 to 20 people
- Technologically inclined, including learning new tools quickly and training others
- Ability to read a room and tailor your message and style for the audience
- Ability to command respect with charisma at client meetings
