An adult education company is in need of a Remote Public Relations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating written responses to reporter requests
- Building and nurturing relationships with targeted media reporters
- Creating and managing tactics that help drive favorable outcomes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be within commutable distance from DC Metro region
- Must be able to work remotely as part of a small PR team with modest resources
- Must be a solid, detail-oriented writer, with firm knowledge of AP Stylebook
- Track record in executing on public relations campaigns
- 4 - 7 years of PR experience
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing, or related area
