Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Public Sector Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical guidance to existing customers on product deployment and configuration
  • Facilitating engagement with support resources and resolving tier 1 incidents with possible
  • Delivering technical training on the family of products

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • 5-7 years’ technical project management, technical account management
  • 2+ years' experience (and demonstrated credibility) working in a technical role
  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • World-class verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
