Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Public Sector Oracle HCM Cloud Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Writing business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
  • Developing Security and Validation Strategies and Plans
  • Implementing Security

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel to client sites
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Functional Lead role
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience in at least two or more of the company-required modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project
  • Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases
