Job Summary
A business process management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Public Sector Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing a robust and practical go-to-market strategy
- Working with product team to create newer, more efficient and repeatable solutions and offerings
- Building a high performing team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong business and IT acumen and have a vision and a passion for using technology platform-based solutions
- Must have managed a sales team selling large transactions defined as minimum $1M TCV
- 10 years of demonstrated experience growing and leading a sales organization
- A track record of achieving aggressive business and sales goals; growing and managing a thriving Public sector portfolio within government entities
- Strong organizational skills
- A track record for recruiting and developing staff in line with business growth plans
