A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Public Sector Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Continue to hire, grow, lead, and empower a high-performing Public Sector sales team
- Provide strong sales leadership, vision, and direction for your team
- Track and analyze sales activities to understand and capitalize on buying trends and patterns in your target region
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams with a minimum of 7 years sales experience
- Proven record of success, driving revenue growth against quota
- Knowledge or a good understanding of the Public Sector SaaS market
- Strong experience and understanding in a variety of sales methodologies and best practices
- Ability to provide accurate forecasting of pipeline development and management
