Job Summary
A digital media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Publication Circulation Billing Specialist in Willoughby.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generate advertising and circulation billing files, ensuring accuracy of data prior to submission
- Work directly with bill print outsourcer to deliver billing files and ensure bills are sent out timely
- Generate all hauler, rack, carrier, home delivery, and dealer bills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 0-10% Travel
- Associate’s degree in business and/or a combination of college education and experience
- Three (3) years of business experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC tools such as electronic mail software
- Demonstrated knowledge of automated billing systems (Mactive and/or PBS system preferred)
- All other requirements necessary for this position
