Remote Publication Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Publication Lead, specifically for the roles of Associate Director or Director in Global Scientific Communications and Publications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global scientific communication and publication plans
• Partner with external authors, journals, and vendors to ensure compliant and high-quality outputs
• Oversee vendor management, congress activities, and drive process improvements in publication operations

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or Master's in biomedical field) required; Bachelor's in science/business also acceptable
• 5-7+ years of experience in medical affairs, publications, or communications within pharma/biotech for Associate Director; 10+ years with 5+ years in publications or medical communications for Director
• Strong understanding of publication processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven expertise in publication systems and governance
• CMPP certification preferred
