A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Publisher Support Onboarding Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining awesome relationships with publishers
- Crafting thoughtful, extremely detailed and personal responses to publisher questions
- Analyzing ad layouts and earnings and putting that into easy-to-understand terms
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong written communication skills
- Working understanding of Blogging and SEO
- Previous experience in customer support and building client relationships
- Experience with data comparison/analysis and high levels of comfort with spreadsheets
- Patience, grace, a sense of humor, and some moderate GIF sharing abilities
