Job Summary

A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Publisher Support Onboarding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining awesome relationships with publishers
  • Crafting thoughtful, extremely detailed and personal responses to publisher questions
  • Analyzing ad layouts and earnings and putting that into easy-to-understand terms

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Working understanding of Blogging and SEO
  • Previous experience in customer support and building client relationships
  • Experience with data comparison/analysis and high levels of comfort with spreadsheets
  • Patience, grace, a sense of humor, and some moderate GIF sharing abilities
