Job Summary

A cloud technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Publishing Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Strengthening publishing client relationships health post-sale
  • Serving as a client advocate who will drive strong renewal rates
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for internal stakeholders as well as quarterly business reviews

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer success/account management experience
  • Experience balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and working under tight time frames
  • Experience successfully building senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role, driving client engagement
