An independent publishing company has a current position open for a Remote Publishing Product Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching, finding, and qualifying review or survey candidates
- Setting up and running onboarding sessions to train authors to ensure they follow guidelines
- Managing the publishing process from pre-revision reviews, schedule tracking, manuscript delivery, and transmittal
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least one year of office experience required
- Working knowledge of Office 365 products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven demonstration of high level of maturity and professionalism
- Ability to manage time to meet deadlines and work professionally under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diplomacy
