Job Summary
A graphic design and publishing company is seeking a Remote Publishing Sales Support Specialist in Cuyahoga Heights.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with a group of talented professionals who drive innovation, embrace change, and celebrate our successes
- Confirm upcoming sales campaigns and provide feedback to customers and management
- Ensure the employee’s sales abilities are in line with the scheduled account
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and understand company's core sponsored product customer
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently within a scheduled group of client calls each week
- Ability to handle stressful or difficult issues with diplomacy and tact
- Above-average judgment and decision making skills
