Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Remote Purchasing Assistant .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizes web searches to locate parts available from suppliers
- Researches model numbers of equipment to determine appropriate parts needed for ordering
- Researches and orders requested parts from the most cost-effective suppliers with availability of parts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years customer service/purchasing and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Web)
- Knowledge of systems and appliances
