Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Purchasing Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing a contract management strategy to support the service needs
- Assessing, suggesting recommendations for, and developing a sourcing strategy for the entire Company
- Determining and assisting with budgetary needs for designated departments
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA degree
- At least 12 years of sourcing and procurement operational experience
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize critical information
- Demonstrated ability to identify business process inefficiencies and drive process improvements
- Seasoned understanding and capability to identify and negotiate critical contractual clauses
