Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company is seeking a Remote Purchasing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with locations regarding all purchasing issues, status, and requests
  • Initiating purchase orders from verified sales orders for items being ordered
  • Verifying completeness of all incoming orders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1 year of work related in health care, administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, or similar
  • Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment that routinely bills insurance.
