Job Summary

A marketing agency has an open position for a Remote Purchasing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing purchasing cycle, including, creating purchase orders, receiving POs, and RFQs
  • Maintaining accurate delivery dates in ERP system
  • Managing pricing, quality, and delivery time issues with supplier

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management; or 5+ years in Purchasing or Supply Chain
  • 1-2 years experience managing inventory levels
  • 1-2 years experience working with an ERP system
  • 1-2 years of Logistics experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management
