Job Summary
A marketing agency has an open position for a Remote Purchasing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing purchasing cycle, including, creating purchase orders, receiving POs, and RFQs
- Maintaining accurate delivery dates in ERP system
- Managing pricing, quality, and delivery time issues with supplier
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management; or 5+ years in Purchasing or Supply Chain
- 1-2 years experience managing inventory levels
- 1-2 years experience working with an ERP system
- 1-2 years of Logistics experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management
