Job Summary

A medical research and drug development company is filling a position for a Remote PV and Medical Information Call Center Services Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the build out and oversight of the outsourced medical information call center
  • Assist with Pharmacovigilance call center vendor selection, contract negotiation and implementation
  • Provide training, oversight and management of external call center (vendor)

Required Skills:

  • HCP, RN or Pharmacist/PharmD
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Direct vendor management and oversight experience
  • 5 years of post marketing adverse event FDA reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of FDA regulations
  • Strong understanding of medical information requests, product complaint handling, and patient support programs
