Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote PX Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify errors and deficiencies in processes and technology
  • Support site operations for questions and issues with PX solutions and workflows
  • Drive the resolution of reported issues to completion and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Intermediate experience using Excel for issues logging and reporting, development of high-level reports for live sites
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • 2+ Year(s) of Technical Support and Web-based software support
  • Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
