Job Summary
An IT management and consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Pyramid Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, managing & supporting mission critical enterprise BI reporting platform Pyramid Analytics for the Department of VA
- Supporting, testing, designing, developing & implementing data models, and content created in Pyramid Analytics
- Helping support on-prem (and potentially cloud) based infrastructure the platform runs on, and testing & implementing new versions
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education & training will be considered
- 3+ years experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting system, including: Use of SQL Server, MDX
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Ability to assist internal VA customers in a technical support role
