Job Summary

A finance, and technology advisory firm is in need of a Remote Python AWS Cloud Migration Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with RedShift ETL to extract, transform, and load databases and data up to AWS
  • Working with financial services data and insure that the data is secure and intact throughout migration
  • Working with data science technology from the aspect of migrating the data (not analyzing the data)

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of experience in migrating big data to AWS
  • 4+ years overall technical experience working with data migration
  • 2+ years experience with Python
  • Strong experience with Amazon RedShift ETL (or Snowflake ) required
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS S3 and EMR required
  • Bachelors degree is required
