Job Summary
Working remotely on an hourly basis, the full-time Senior Python Engineer will review AI-generated Python solutions, generate high-quality reference content, and assess code quality and performance to improve AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning
- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and contextual relevance
- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases to validate reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant Python expertise
- Deep knowledge of Python language features and common ecosystems
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design in Python applications
- Minimum C1 English and Chinese proficiency, with the ability to write clear technical explanations
