A software product development company is filling a position for a Remote Python Go Developer in DeForest.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and maintain multiple large-scale data pipelines
  • Develop tools, pipeline and applications to support acquisition, access and analysis of data
  • Manage, monitor and submit jobs to the HPC cluster

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • M.S. in Computational Sciences, computer science or related field
  • Experience working in a Linux/Unix , Cloud and HPC environment
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, Golang, SQL or similar languages
  • Experience in data analysis and manipulation of computational biology data
  • Experience with modern software development techniques
