A software company has a current position open for a Remote Python Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in Python
- Developing, testing, troubleshooting and providing maintenance of integration components for applications
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with JSON and other formats
- Strong Python coding experience
- Understating of HTTP and underlying web technologies
- Experience creating code for the open source ecosystem
- Experience with REST-based API integrations
- Experience using Linux
