A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote QA Registered Nurse in Troy.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Observe residents' review of medical record
  • Complete diagnosis listings, sheets, and modify diagnosis codes

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Oasis/Coding
  • Extensive knowledge of CMS guidelines and conditions of participation
  • Experience with Home Health / Hospice
  • Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
  • At least 1 year of recent QA experience
  • Current Licensed Registered Nurse
