Remote QA Test Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote QA Test Analyst will develop and execute test plans for ServiceNow SAM Pro configurations, manage defect tracking, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing while working within Eastern Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow SAM Pro configurations and workflows
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests while managing defect documentation and resolution
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as a point of contact for end users and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience in software quality assurance or related roles
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in testing within a technology delivery environment
- Demonstrated experience writing and executing test cases and defect reports for enterprise software
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and familiarity with its testing environments
- Basic understanding of Software Asset Management processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies
