Remote QC Compliance Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote QC/Due Diligence Review Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary audit-level QC of completed due diligence reviews
• Ensure credit and compliance accuracy across newly originated loans
• Identify and document findings, categorize defects, and escalate risk areas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage credit and compliance QC experience
• Recent due diligence experience required
• LauraMac proficiency required
• GSE defect experience required
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, QM, and Non-QM guidelines
