Job Summary
A non profit digital services group is in need of a Remote Qualitative UX Research Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing 2-4 researchers to conduct weekly 1 on 1s, mentor researchers, assist with goal setting and professional development
- Fostering a collaborative, humble, and equity-centered qualitative research culture
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You have 6 years+ experience as a UX Researcher
- 2+ years of experience as a direct manager of qualitative UX researchers
- Proven experience of creating strong qualitative UX research to influence and impact product development
