Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Administrative Coordinator in Raleigh.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the calendars and any changes in schedules for the Director and Managers
  • Ensuring meeting participants have appropriate access to facilities and systems
  • Coordinating and assembling meeting materials

Required Skills:

  • Weekly travel to the office will be required
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts during core business hours of 7am - 6pm EST
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience to an executive at the Director level or higher
  • 2+ years of experience working in a large, fast-paced, matrix, and corporate environment
  • Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
