Job Summary

A tech support and process solutions provider is in need of a Remote Quality Alignment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing calls for Strategic Call Listening projects and capture data from the calls
  • Evaluating recorded and/or transcribed interactions between the caller/chatter/correspondent
  • Providing accurate scoring in accordance with approved criteria, quality standards, and standard operating procedures

Required Skills:

  • Minimum one (1) year of call center customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven track record of working independently in a self-directed role where work is self-initiated required
