Remote Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Remote Quality Analyst, a full-time temporary position, is responsible for managing case dockets, responding to creditor inquiries, and assisting in quality analytics for the Class Action legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage case dockets and update court websites with filed documents
• Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status and claims
• Assist with mailings, compile service lists, and prepare affidavits of service

Required Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications
• One to two years of related office experience or relevant training is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
