Job Summary
A mental healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Quality and Compliance Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead the quality management, regulatory, compliance, data reporting, and medical records activities
- Build out a team that can measure, interpret, and report on clinical documentation best-practices
- Oversee the organization's compliance with government laws and regulations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or quality assurance
- Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies; Six Sigma, CPQH, IHI
- Expert-level knowledge and experience using data to drive understanding, decisions, and recommendations
- Strong communicator with a high level of confidentiality
