Job Summary
A human resources solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality and Knowledge Management Vendor Operations Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the timely delivery of knowledge management resources to vendor agents
- Owning the end to end training life-cycle
- Leading the quality audit program for our vendors
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to lead and influence others, often times remotely
- 7+ Years of Experience in Vendor Operations, Training, Quality, and/or Knowledge Management
- Demonstrated CX/support leadership experience
- Experience in quality management framework, six sigma, copc or other processes
- Program Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
