Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality and Member Experience Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leveraging various programming tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Using a combination of SQL, Tableau, and SharePoint to create and run custom queries
- Coordinating with business partners to ensure all data services needs are addressed
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years of project work experience in improving process flow and Root Cause analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and SharePoint
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification and/or PMP Certification
- Knowledge of Quality, Lean, Kaizen and other continuous improvement tools
- Proven success building process flow maps using tools like VISIO
- Experience with Hadoop or Python
